autokey-qt software package provides desktop automation utility - KDE version, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install autokey-qt
autokey-qt is installed in your system.
Make ensure the autokey-qt package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep autokey-qt *
You will get with autokey-qt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
